Is the clothing size accurate?
Most of the items are cut big! We do advise our customers to go down a size in clothing. Please take a look at the size chart as well.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
To shop online at D'Narie, you do not have to create an account necessarily . Instead, you can use the “guest” checkout feature to shop. However, by creating an account, you can: Manage your account details, track your order status and review past orders. Furthermore you can save your shipping details for future purchases and a faster shopping experience. Moreover you will be informed about our new arrivals along with special online promotions and discounts! We take online privacy of our customers very seriously and take full measures to protect their personal information, so you don’t need to worry.
Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.
How will I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an email of The Order Summary which will act as confirmation that your order has been received in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact us at 251-308-6836.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order will be shipped out the following business day. Once order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking number to track it. It will take approximately 5-6 business days to receive order.
Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?

Do you have refund available?
Currently, we have a no refund policy due to Covid restrictions.
